Michigan International Speedway Tickets
It stands to reason that the state known as the motor capital of the world would play a major role in the world of motor sports. And the Michigan International Speedway doesn't disappoint. This large facility, which opened in 1968, seats more than 137,000 race fans. The track itself is a two-mile D-shaped superspeedway in southeastern Michigan. It features a wide racing surface and high banking. Because of these features, it is known as one of NASCAR's fastest tracks. It's not uncommon for qualifying speeds to exceed 190 mph. Michigan International Speedway is used almost exclusively for NASCAR races.
